We sell and ship products within Australia only.

By placing an order on this website, you make an offer to us to purchase the goods you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on this web site constitutes an invitation to treat and does not constitute an offer by us to sell any items. Concodia reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. We confirm acceptance of your order when you receive a “Complete” status on your order confirming your order has been dispatched with any relevant tracking details.

All orders placed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of GST.


All items advertised on this web site are subject to availability. Any items which are represented as “In Stock” on our website may not be available from time to time due it being sold either in-store, eBay or any other selling platform Concodia may engage. However we will notify you as soon as possible if the item you ordered is not available by email or telephone and provide you with the option of a similar product, have it back ordered, provide a store credit or a full refund. In any such event we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and we will work together with you to ensure any issues are rectified at the first available opportunity.

Delivery of your items

Orders are shipped within 1-5 days from our Sydney warehouse. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive via courier or post although this will be generally sooner.

All confirmed orders are sent using a tracking number from the various carriers we rely on to dispatch your items. Please visit the relevant carrier’s site to track and trace your order using the tracking number provided to you via email.

Items are delivered by Australia Post and CouriersPlease depending on the size of the item and also your location. We also deliver in our own trucks for all bulky goods within the Sydney metropolitan area.

If you need to change any delivery details, please advise us by phone or email at least 1 day in advance.

We reserve the right to charge for the cost of redelivery if you are not home on the designated day of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will gladly accept return of your items for either a store credit or a cash refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the original delivery fee subject to the following terms and conditions:

- The item(s) are boxed and unopened and you pay the associated shipping costs in relation to returning the item to us within 14 days from receiving them.

For orders which have not yet been delivered, an administrative charge of $15 (including GST) will be charged if you wish to cancel your order for a refund so please choose carefully.

ID Verification

You will need to provide proof of identity at the time of accepting delivery of your items. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if suitable identification cannot be provided and a redelivery fee will be charged if the item needs to be redelivered.

Limitation of Liabilities

Concodia shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out under these Terms and Conditions and under statute. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Concodia does not accept any liability for:

- any damage or injury of any kind caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from us

- errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the website

- failing to act on any information contained on or referred to on this web site or any linked website

- unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers, personal information and financial information stored on these servers

- any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our web site

- any bugs, viruses, Trojans or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through this web site or by any third party.


By using this web site, you agree to indemnify Concodia and its employees, representatives, affiliates, directors, officers, managers, shareholders and agents (the “Parties”) exempt from any damage, loss, or expensive (including without limitation, reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) incurred by you or by the Parties arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceedings by any persons against you or the Parties where such loss or liability arises out of, in connection with or inspect of your use of this web site any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and any items purchase by you from Concodia.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Concodia is not liable for any delays in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such a delay is caused by factors beyond our reasonable control and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform or fulfil such obligations.
